Concept-based construction
The project was carried out as a D&B contract, meaning we managed the entire process from initial design to completion. The construction time was seven months. The building features an eco-friendly glulam frame and a wooden element roof, while the walls are made of polyurethane panels. The facility is heated by district heating, with air heating used in the sports areas and underfloor heating in the social spaces.
A new space promoting the joy of movement
With this project, indoor sports facilities in Järvenpää area have significantly improved. The Hi5 Arena offers diverse recreational activities for people of all ages. The building also features the stylish Hi5 Lounge with a sauna, making it an excellent venue for meetings and events.
Clear communication and smooth collaboration
The collaboration between Tekova and the client was easy and seamless. It was important to the client that, even before the contract was finalized, there was a clear understanding of what the project entailed and the agreed-upon total price for the project.
