This facility, completed in August 2023 in Petikko, Vantaa, represents Tekova’s refined construction approach at its best.
This sleek facility, located near excellent transport connections, offers high-quality office spaces and an efficient combination of retail and warehouse areas on the ground floor. The yard area includes a full-size loading yard that allows heavy traffic.
Wood as the primary building material
The hall section’s glulam frame is supported by beam shoes attached to a concrete fire wall, while the office section features a concrete frame. The interior materials for the office and retail spaces incorporate warm and natural-toned wood solutions. The functional, refined and comfortable facility consists of three floors, with a air handling unit room located on the fourth floor.
The first construction phase was carried out from July 2022 to August 2023. The second phase was completed in January 2024.
