The modern hall space and production facilities were designed for versatile use, including logistics, storage, and office purpose. The majority of the spaces are available for lease.

Functionally, the hall spaces accommodate various uses and are also suitable for heavy-duty vehicles, thanks to the high load-bearing capacity of the floor structure.

The project was executed as a design and build (D&B) contract. Tekova’s in-house design team developed the project into a smart and efficient package, while the local construction team ensured a high-quality final result. The facility was handed over to the client ahead of schedule with zero defects.
