This successfully completed property is a great example of a wholesale store building. During the smoothly executed project, a handful of carefully considered changes were made to the original plans. The structural material was changed from steel to glued laminated timber. The roof drainage direction was adjusted for practical reasons. The most significant modification was switching from a fiber-reinforced piled slab to a reinforced concrete slab. Even though the decision on this major change was made mid-project, its implementation was completed within the original schedule. This was an excellent achievement by the construction team.
