Recreational opportunities in Espoo expanded when we developed a tennis and padel hall with parking facilities, now known as Targa Arena.

The facilities were developed as an extension to the existing building, with 2,400 m2 of parking space added on top. Operations in the existing building continued as usual throughout the entire project. Despite this, the project was completed as planned and on schedule, with a construction period of 8 months. To ensure smooth access between the new and existing areas, a ramp was built between the spaces. The building’s supporting structure is based on a concrete frame, and the heating system uses eco-friendly geothermal energy.

Collaboration was seamless throughout the project and has continued after the completion of the facility. The client was satisfied with the quality of the new spaces.
